Fans playing the latest PC title in the Batman Arkham series have had it rough. After a disastrous launch plagued with technical issues, Arkham Knight was pulled from store shelves and off of Steam. Unfortunately, while many issues had indeed been fixed on the relaunch, it was still being reported on Steam and Reddit that players suffered from freezes, frame rate drops, and stuttering.
Via Steam, Warner responded, saying, “We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues.”
While Warner said they will continue to work on fixes, they did admit that there are issues that they will not be able to resolve. What those may be, they did not elaborate on.
Warner will be offering a full refund to players on the PC through the end of the year. Regardless of how much of the game you played, or how much time you spent with it, they will refund your purchase.
Will you get that refund or will you hold onto your copy of Arkham Knight? Sound off in the comment section below, along with any issues you have had playing Arkham Knight since the re-launch.
